Dough-Bait-Can you tell me how to make “dough bait” for German catfish?

I am not acquainted with the German Catfish, in fact never knew that such a fish existed, but there are thirty or more species of catfish found in the eastern and southern parts of the United States. A dough bait that is recommended for carp is made or ordinary dough (flour and water) and made into pills about the size of green peas, each tied in a piece of mosquito net, and baked a little to stiffen it. This may be good for the catfish also. The mosquito net is to keep the dough from dissolving.
