Ingredients
1 leg of goat (folded or de-boned) 3 carrots 2 large or 4 small red potatoes 8 shallots 2-4 cloves garlic 1 can tomato paste (8 oz.) 1 cup white wine/ chicken stock 1 cup water Salt and lots of pepper
Directions
Add goat, tomato paste, water and wine to pot. Cook 4 hours. Cut up carrots, potatoes, shallots and garlic add to pot along with salt and pepper. Cook 2-4 more hours until meat falls off bone. Serve over rice or cous cous.
