Ingredients

2 ducks breaded
2 Eggs
Milk
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder
Water
Oil


Directions

Soak breasts in water overnight, change water once. Slice breasts into strips and coat with flour, dip in milk and egg mixture and cover in bread crumbs that have been mized with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pan fry until done.
