When perch are not biting, try this approach. Change your hook to a #10 or smaller, take of your bobber if you are using one and put as small a piece of worm on the hook as you can. Pull out about 10ft of line and throw your hook in the water. Keep an eye on the hook and when it disappears set the hook and pull up your perch. This approach works well on other pan fish to.
