Carrying Openly-I have heard that it is unlawful to carry a revolver concealed, in this state, but that it must be carried openly, on a belt or in a holster; is this true?

It is unlawful in all states to carry a weapon concealed unless you are an officer of the law. Regarding the carrying of such weapons openly I do not know, but am inclined to think that you could not do so inside the limits of an incorporated city. I would advise you to consult some local party who would be expected to know.
