CANADIAN DUTY—Will I have to pay duty on new traps bought in the United States and taken with me to Canada?
Yes, you will have to pay duty on your traps. I think it best to buy them in Canada. They can be bought there at about the same price as in the United States with the import duty, which I believe is 30 percent, and transportation charges added.
