Buck Burgers
5 lbs ground venison
2 sweet onions (minced)
1 green bell pepper (minced)
1 red bell pepper (minced)
8 cloves of garlic
1 Cup Worcestershire sauce
2 beaten eggs
Heat grill very hot
Mix all ingredients thoroughly
For into patties at least half inch thick, and 1 inch larger than your
bun
(they'll reduce in size)
Cook over on hot grill 4 min. on each side.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for another 7-10 min until done.
Makes about 10 burgers
