preheat oven to 350* or can be cooked on the bbq pit.
2 lbs. ground chuck (or meat of choice)
4 large potatoes (washed and cut into slices)
4 large carrots (washed and cut into slices or can use mini carrots)
l large onion (cut into rings)
salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce (optional)
need 8 sheets of foil.
Place 1/4 LB of meat on each sheet shaped into loaf add potatoes, carrots and onions, season to taste. Fold or roll foil and fold in each end place on cookie sheet. Cook for 30 minutes or until meat is done and veggies or tender. About the same amount of time on the bbq pit. Serve hot.
