Ingredients
4-5 pound Bear Roast 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix 1 cup water 4-5 Potatoes cut into quarters Carrots peeled and cut in half Onions peeled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place all ingredients into an oven cooking bag and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Internal meat temperature should be 180 degrees F.
