In a choke bored gun as small as a twenty gauge I would not use such coarse shot without first trying them in the muzzle, a layer of them on a wad set about a fourth of an inch in the barrel. I don’t know whether they will injure the gun or not but you can see how they fit, and if they fit too tightly, don’t use them. There are several other sizes of shot, such as B and BBB, that are almost the same size, and one of the three sizes should be all right.
