Ingredients
2-3 Pounds Venison roast
4 Cloves Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
12 oz Beer
2 Onions Sliced
2 Cups Barbecue Sauce
Directions
Mix beer, garlic, salt, peppeer and onions together. Cover Venison in marinade and let stand 10-12 hours. Place Venison and Onions into a crockpost and cover with 1 cup barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 10-12 hours, serve over bread.
