BAKER GUN—Is the Baker gun a good all round gun?

The Baker gun is an all-round gun. It has a straight rib, medium stock. They don’t shoot as close as some guns, but they hold the shot up good at long range shooting. They have the best locks I ever saw; they are put together as solid as any gun made. They lock in the rib only, but that is sufficient. With mine I can get squirrels farther than most of the fellows would shoot at. Mine is a model ‘97. Damascus barrel, hammer gun.
