ARCTIC OWL—HOW TRAPPED—Can you or some reader give me s method of trapping the large Arctic owl?

I will give s method which has been used successfully in these parts (Alberta). As the owls nearly always sit on the straw stacks, procure a common brown mouse, let it freeze; then tie it to the plate of a No, 1 Newhouse trap and set the trap on a stack that the owls have been sitting on. Cover all but the mouse and put a heavy weight to the trap as some owls are very strong.
