.35 WINCHESTER AUTOMATIC—I wish some information about the .35 Winchester Automatic.
I have used one for two years and have found it very satisfactory. There was no trouble with the action balking and it shot with extreme accuracy. The bullets also opened fine. If he is thinking of going after large game I would recommend his getting a .351. The guns are the same price and the cartridges are only 55 cents per box more, but the .351 is about twice as powerful as the .35. The .35 is all right for deer and small bear but I would not want to meet a grizzly or a moose with it. As for myself, I have gone back to the .32 Special.
