.32 Smith and Wesson vs. .30-30 Winchester-Will the .32 Smith and Wesson cartridge injure the .30-30 carbine when used with the Supplemental Chamber?
If the gun is cleaned frequently and thoroughly when using these cartridges, I do not believe that they will harm it in any way, but careful cleaning is necessary, especially in the chamber of the barrel to prevent leading. Personally, I never favored any of these devices by means of which pistol cartridges can be used in high power rifles, but a number of my friends are using them and say they do not injure the firearm.
