Filleting a Fish




For filleting a fish, try starting at the head and run the knife blade along backbone leaving 2" before you exit the tail. Turn the fillet over, while starting at the tail, and run the knife blade flat between the fillet and the fish's skin until it exits toward the head. Whala..you have a ready to eat fillet.
