Canned deer meat
Cube the meat into 1 x 1 squares
Pack clean jars firmly with cubed meat
Put 1 teaspoon canning salt on top of full jars
Put warm lids and bands on jars
Take up to 10 lbs pressure for 90 mins
Remove jars and let set
Meat is ready to eat, just warm it up
